Surprisingly spacious but needs care
The room was impressively large, allowing us to spread out comfortably. We loved the pool view, which added a pleasant touch to our mornings. The location was also great for easy access to local shops.
Unfortunately, several facilities were not working, and the lack of communication from the staff was frustrating. We faced issues with our room key multiple times, which disrupted our stay.

We had a mighty time! The room was spacious and comfy, perfect for families. The kids adored the aqua park with slides—what a grand way to enjoy the water! But, I wished for more deck chairs by the pool. Still, a lovely experience altogether!

The Superior Double Room offered generous space with a decent layout, making it suitable for a family's needs. The quiet pool area served as a nice retreat, providing an escape from the busier sections of the hotel.
While I appreciated the room's space, the mattress was uncomfortably firm for my liking, which might be a common preference in the region. the breakfast options lacked variety, becoming repetitive over multiple days.

I was truly enchanted by the elegant design, making me feel as if I were in a regal palace. The spacious walkways and access areas allowed me to roam freely, which was a delightful surprise for my age.
More seating in public areas would be appreciated.

The hotel boasts a stunning and expansive design. Traditional musicians greet you at the entrance, creating a lovely atmosphere. Enjoyed sipping free Moroccan tea upon arrival. The room felt spacious enough for my family's needs. I appreciated the quiet pool area, perfect for some relaxation away from the main crowd. check-in took too long, frustrating after a long journey. The staff seemed overwhelmed, lacking clear communication, which added to the disorganization. Breakfast was repetitive, with minimal variety over the course of our 8-night stay. I encountered issues with room service. requests took far too long, and cleanliness left something to be desired. Facilities in the room didn't align with the hotel's 5-star rating, and it took a week to get basic amenities like slippers.
